In this year’s Great Places to Work® announcement, Dell EMC was proud to earn the accolade of top technology company and the second overall best place to work in Saudi Arabia’s rankings. Judged by a combination of an external audit and an independent employee survey, Dell EMC ranked highly in all five key categories, as well as meeting the Saudi labor requirements.
When people think of a great place to work, many will conjure up thoughts of lavish perks like unlimited leave days, free lunches and a super trendy office space. But when you dig a bit deeper, a great workplace is actually one that values its employees, has great leaders, and a level of trust and pride that is infectious.
Kamal Othman is proud of this achievement in his first year as General Manager of Dell EMC in KSA, and is motivated to further innovation and success. To date, Othman has been instrumental in leading his team and strengthening key customer relations, but he has his sights set on greater triumphs; in 2017 he plans on securing the number one position and will focus on strategic areas to make Dell EMC the best, these include:
