Convergence and integration: Dell PowerEdge blades and EqualLogic storage with the CMC

Having worked on both the Dell PowerEdge Server team and the EqualLogic Storage team, it is particularly interesting for me to see these two worlds converge. With the recent announcement of the EqualLogic PS-M4110 Blade Array—the industry’s only fully redundant, enterprise-class storage array designed to fit inside a blade chassis, I set out to better understand how we have integrated blade storage and server management with the familiar PowerEdge Chassis Management Controller (CMC). I recruited three of my favorite Dell subject-matter experts and recorded their conversation to share with you.
