Joyce Mullen is the senior vice president and general manager of Global OEM & IoT Solutions at Dell EMC. She is a strong and passionate leader who is committed to helping customers solve the world’s most vexing problems - from improving cancer treatments to launching satellites - faster and more efficiently. Joyce leads a worldwide team that delivers best-in-class technology, a world-class supply chain, global support capabilities and vertical expertise to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and Internet of Things (IoT) customers and partners, allowing them to focus on their intellectual property and grow their business.

Joyce has been a Dell executive for over 17 years, leading teams in operations, supply chain, partner strategy, services delivery and logistics. Prior to joining Dell, Joyce held various positions at Cummins Engine Company including plant manager and head of distribution in Europe for a Cummins division. She earned a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Throughout Joyce’s career, she has been very active serving on community boards. She has chaired or co-chaired the Austin chapter of the March of Dimes, Women in Search of Excellent (WISE) board, Forte Foundation, and the Brown School of Engineering Corporate Affiliates board. She is currently on the Brown School of Engineering Corporate Affiliates board and Forbes Executive Women’s Board, and is vice chair of the Capital Area Food Bank.
