Being code current is defined as running code that is less than 12 months old. If you are not sure how to check your currency, a good indicator is if your code version number is greater than 18.2.
If you are running old code (18.2 or lower), not only are you missing out on new features, functionality and fixes, but you are also not taking advantage of current security enhancements.
