Realizing Dell EMC World 2017 Is Just A Week Away!

We’re just one week away from the biggest event of the year for Dell EMC and I am blown away by the previews I’ve seen. While I can’t give away all of our secrets, I can share some of the things I’m looking forward to the most.

First and foremost, I’m excited to speak with our customers and partners. They’re the reason we do what we do. Being able to talk to them, get real feedback, understand their challenges, concerns and goals helps us develop products and solutions and drives our business.

Dell EMC World is the only time there are this many of our customers in one place. We aren't passing up the opportunity to learn from you.

Blueprint Solutions

A key component of the Converged Platforms and Solutions booth (#872) is our Blueprint Solutions, from our Ready Node, Ready Bundle and our Ready Systems solution offerings. We truly believe that these solutions are game changers with how we solve some of the toughest challenges for every customer and workload, from HPC, Business Appliances, Software Defined, Data Analytics and Hybrid Cloud. Blueprint Solutions dramatically reduce cost and risk, freeing resources to accelerate innovation and drive phenomenal business outcomes. I strongly encourage you to stop by the booth and talk to our experts about the way we simplify the process of addressing challenges and realize better business outcomes. Oh, and be sure to challenge your peers in a friendly competition while you’re in our booth.

Our Partners

We wouldn’t be where we are today without our partners, and will be visible everywhere you look at Dell EMC World. These partners are a foundation of our Blueprint Solutions, and as such, the solutions expo will be filled with with booths from our partners. Their presence will be felt throughout the show, whether it be a callout in a keynote, some of our many sessions or on social media.

Here are just a few of the sessions I’m looking forward to, but definitely check out the session catalogue for over 450 great sessions.

And if you want to check out all of our Technology Connect Partners, which I strongly encourage you to do as well, check them out in Booth #1722

Virtual Presence

Can’t make it in person, or caught up in your hotel room catching up on emails? Did you know that Dell EMC World is going to have a 24×7 broadcast? You’ll be able to catch myself and many members of the Technology Alliances and Blueprint Solutions team live on Dell EMC World Live. Oh, and you can catch me on The CUBE, the famous live broadcast brought to you by our friends at Wikibon. And last, but certainly not least, don’t forget to follow along with all of the action on Twitter. I’ll be tweeting early and often using the #DellEMCWorld hashtag.

But That’s Not It…

While we’re extremely excited about everything Dell EMC World, you might have noticed that we’ve had a great presence at Red Hat Summit this week. The open source community is full of potential, and we’re excited to learn, network and celebrate the entrepreneurial spirit and innovation open source promotes. If you happen to be at Red Hat Summit in Boston, be sure to check out my keynote on Wednesday, May 3rd at 1:45pm ET. And swing by our booth to chat with some of our own experts in Booth #418.

And from May 8-11th, Dell EMC will also be at OpenStack Summit to engage and collaborate with some of the best minds in the open source community. Stop by our booth (Booth #A6) to see some fantastic demos and learn more about how we’re working with our partners to help our customers with their open source strategy.
